Studio Komplekt continues its series of reviews of the current state of Bulgarian design, which has become a traditional annual practice since the first edition of the festival. The group show brings together some of the notable manifestations of the discipline through projects in various fields of design (graphic, motion, product, social, interior design, printing, jewelry, fashion and more).
The series started in 2018 as the main content of the MELBA design festival under the name Review of Bulgarian Design. The motivation behind the selection of Studio Komplekt is to acquaint the audience with the skillful and valuable applications of design from local practitioners. The richness of interpretations is united by a strong and memorable visual language, high quality and uncompromising aesthetics, all of which cultivate a sense of appreciation and recognition of the valuable.
In 2021 Studio Komplekt sets as a leading theme of the exhibition The Value of Design. Again, the festival deliberately invites representatives of different design disciplines and at a different stage of their development.
